NYC Cyclocross Practice: 2021 Edition
Despite its reputation as a concrete jungle, New York City is home to a vibrant cyclocross scene. On the race side we may have a single event, but it is the exceptionally good Rainey Park. And when it comes to training, we have multiple months worth of our weekly Wednesday night cyclocross practice on Randall’s Island.
Hosted by the local King Kog shop team, and led by Keith ‘the Cross Father’ Garrison himself, cross practice draws in a rotating cast of characters throughout the course of the season with a mix of instruction, drills, and hot laps. If you are NYC based, come out and join us on Wednesday at 7PM. All skill levels welcome, from national champs to first time cyclocrossers and the cross curious.
