Well Ridden and Well Loved: A Stanridge CX
Cyclocross is back. Practice is in full swing. The weather is just right for making perfect turns in the grass. Or making ruts in the mud. Which all means there is no better time to show off some pretty cross bikes from our photo gallery.
Hand built by Standridge, this beauty hails from Ohio and was once the pit bike of former pro racer Kristin Arnold. It’s made of Columbus steel tubing and looks sharp in a nice classic paint scheme.
This bike will certainly not be the lightest or most supple around but it’s built to last and honestly rips around quite nicely through the woods, where it spent most of its life span under its current ownership.
The bonus on top is that this bike is currently up for sale! Looking for a home for someone looking to get into cyclocross (hint: its the best), looking for a B bike, or just a fun ride to go zipping through the woods.
