We are excited to announce our continued partnership with Moots for the coming 2020 season! The folks over at Moots have provided us with some of the most beautiful machines in the NYC Peloton, and we are beyond excited to continue to have them as part of the TBD family.

2019 kicked off our partnership with Moots and with it, a slew of beautiful titanium team bikes for our squad. Drum roll please:

This year we’ve ridden the Vamoots RSL in disc and rim-brake configurations, as well as the Routt RSL and the Psycho X RSL (shown below). All of these are incredible bikes with a ride feel that is true to the craftsmanship and pure love that’s behind the Moots brand. Titanium is a dream; it is light, stiff, and quick to respond, with a ride feel like a knife through butter.

These amazing machines have raced in Central Park, Prospect Park, Floyd Bennet Field, and many more road and cyclocross races all around the Northeast. If you haven’t seen them yet, look out for us in the 2020 race season.

Moots is an institution in the cycling community, and we’ve been fans of the brand and their product for years. They build some of the finest frames on the market, regardless of material – but it is Moots’ 25 years of experience working exclusively in titanium that allows them to produce refinishable and repairable ‘forever’ frames. For us, our Moots partnership represents more than just a bike partner. It's also a validation of the strategy that we established a couple years back – avoiding the title-sponsor hunt in favor of prioritizing our own content, presence, and brand as To Be Determined. We're still first and foremost a racing team, but we're also a website, too. Folks in the cycling community have come to rely TBD for a different look at our sport. We’re excited to have Moots as our partner in continuing to bring this voice to the broader cycling community for the coming season.
