As the build for road season gets underway the squad is also focused on another important element of training: building strength and flexibility.
Our Cycle-Smart training program includes a fair amount of strength work, primarily in the form of bodyweight exercises, but our coaches at Cycle-Smart also passed along this 30 day yoga program that we have found particularly impactful during this early stretch of the season where it is important to lay a foundation for the long and hard days ahead.
