Offseason Relaxation

With the leaves just beginning to turn and some of the team racing cyclocross in distant locales, it was the perfect time of year for those of us still in NYC to forget about mileage and heart rate and watts and partake in a little team cruise to a scenic spot for some clifftop ice cream and silly bike racer tricks on the dirt. Not a bad way to spend the day - no rush to add mileage, no rush to get home - just some offseason relaxation with the team.
